Hello Doctor, I want to tell that during last yr. Due to anxiety I suffered from palpitations problems. Which came under control bt when that problem occurred my doctor asked me to take an echo test. N that came normal. Bt now from a month. I am suffering from some type of gas problem. N also I feel a mild chest pain n back pain. Along with a light right hand pain. I am jst 18 years old can you please tell me can I have a heart problem in such a short time period. Neither I smoke nor eat too much cholesterol containing food.

No you do not have heart problem you rrquire some life style changes a. Daily morning walk for 35 minutes after taking two glass of lukewarm water b. Daily exercise and meditation for 30 minutes c. Avoid oily spicy and processed food d. Take fibrous meal like whole wheat, bran, brown rice, oat meals, beens legumes nuts e. Avid dairy products except cha cha and curd f. Take green leafy vegetables and plenty of salad g. Take high fibrous fruits between two measure meal like appeal, banana, citrus, pineapple, berries etc. H. Take small and frequent meal and chew it i. Take plenty of water j you have problem of gastritis hence do not take very hot meal k. Less tea and coffee. Take one tab of pan d for 15 days empty stomach in morning consult on line by text chat if problem persist.
