Dear Lybrateuser, - Your triglyceride level is very high, blood sugar is also borderline high - avoid fried, processed foods, fatty foods which contain saturated & trans fats, alcohol & tobacco - have more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, beans, soyabeans, soya products, low fat dairy, lean meats, mixed nuts - do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging for 30-40 min, yoga to keep your body fit - you may require a statin, repeat the lipid profile after a light, non fatty dinner with 12 hrs fasting.
