So one need to check his/her sugar levels frequently in initials of Being diagnosed with Diabetes. Too one need to get Kidney Function tests done to keep them under check. Dizziness may be due to many reasons independent of blood sugar or its medication. But if the blood sugar is very low, then also you May feel dizzy. Rule out ear infection or cervical spondylitis as well which cause dizziness. Yours in health awareness,

Don't take it panic because in diabetes this is normal but use small frequent meal every 2 hour because sometimes it can be due to hypoglycemia means low Suger so check your Suger level if it goes less than 70 mg/dl than take 4 teaspoon sugar immediately otherwise avoid Suger.
