Hello Mr. lybrate-user Reddy Actually there should be no difference between generic and ethical medicines. But some cheap companies, make drugs with less potency, and get them circulated by bribing drug inspectors. If you want to take generic medicines, then try it of reputed companies like CIPLA, INTAS, WOCKHARDT, etc. They make good cheap generic medicines which could be trusted. Hope I have answered your query. Kindly write feedback on my Lybrate page. Thanks.

Generic medicine although claims to hve the same efficacy as branded medicines (theretically) yet you can think practically how can you get a thing in rs 3 which others are giving at rs 50. Indians are always going before cost ,try quality product ,its you life. Every thing can not be free. How can you get a I phone at cost of micromax, both are smart phone same feature but there is a huge difference in quality.
