I am 38 years old and was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency. After taking medication for last 4 months now it is improved and lies on the borderline. I would like to know how can I maintain a constant level of vitamin d and do not report deficiency again.

Sun is the best source of vitamin-D. Getting body skin exposed to sun for 15 min daily to the midday sun viz. between 11 am and 3pm is the best source of vitamin-D. Skin can make vitamin D for the body
