Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old. I got my health check up and in report, blood sugar, lipid, thyroid, kidney everything is normal. But there is alkaline phosphates increased in my liver and in blood rdw increased, pct decreased. Is there anything critical? What should I do? Please advise. Thanks, Archana.

Yes you are reaching pancreatitis and hence I advise cut down all fried/fast/junk foods/cold drinks. Take balance diet and on time daily do morning walk daily take good sleep avoid sedentary life take nux vom 30 - once daily continue treatment.
