Do contrast bath therapy. Take hot water in one bowl & cold water in another. 1st immerse hand in hot water for 3 min then immediately dip hand in cold water for 1 min. Repeat this cycle for 20 min. Do hand stretches. Squeeze smiley ball hold position till count of 3 then relax, 20 repetitions twice a day. Stabilize forearm on side of table hold about 1/2 kg weight in hand then move wrist up & down, 20 repetitions.
