Yesterday I checked my husband blood pressure randomly I found it was 150/ 100 I thought machine has some problem then I checked again it came around 150 only like 145/95 then after eating food again I checked it was same 140/ 98 I was stressed then I checked in the morning again right after he wake up again I found the same blood pressure 140/95 all over I noticed it remains same every time I not even once come to 120/80 range. He is only 25 years old I asked him why he is have such high bp he told me once before he was checked out his bp it was around 2 -3 years ago it was same around 140 only he is not having any symptoms also like headache nor any tension nothing then why is it like this? Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
