Hello doctors. I am suffering from lower abdomen pain from past 4 months. Usg is normal, h pylori neg, stool test normal, blood count normal and no diarrhoea. Initially I had some constipation issues but after taking fibre husk I usually go toilet two times a day. Pain is located just around navel area (lower abdomen) and it's persistent all time. No blood in stool but I can see undigested onion, tomatoes and vegetables peels. I completed many antibiotics course viz amoxicillin, oz, metronidazole but no improvement and many antacid. What is wrong with my body? Please suggest some medication.
