I am suffering from diabetes type 2 since last 15 years. I am taking mustard 22 units in morning and actrapid 12 units at night after dinner. Today I checked and results are off super 94 and 208 pp.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Your fasting glucose is quite good, but pp is quite high. Ideally it should be around 150 to 170 mg. What is the hba1c%? At your age it should be maintained < 7%. Please let me know what is question in your mind? Also please let me know whether you are only on insulin (mixstard & actrapid) or also taking any oral anti-diabetics. In diabetes apart from drugs, dietary control and regular exercise as well as weight control are more important. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
