Hi, I am 26 years old. I am not sure what I am going through. Sometimes I feel really happy and energetic and next moment becomes dull unmotivated. I try to be focused and determined but these mood swings are affecting me. I have unknowingly adopted habit of eating and spending to overcome boredom and sudden change of emotions. Though not hungry over eat. Sometimes I feel everything will work out and all is going well then next I become restless. I get affected easily. I am practising yoga from long time. I don?t know what step should I take to overcome all these and focus. Please guide.
