Dear hematologists/general physicians, I am 31y/male, with bmi 32.4, I was diagnosed with fatty liver stage 3, tried my best in diet and exercise, reduced my weight and after 2 months of strict diet and exercise I went again for sonography, sexologist told me that fatty liver has been totally gone, but I still feel pain in my right abdomen, specially during nights. Liver enzymes are within normal value. Kindly advise what could be causing this pain? As I am very worried of any other hidden abnormality of the liver. Please help. Best regards,
