Excessive ingestion of the nutritional supplements can also cause toxic effects. So don't take it for too long. If your body is healthy then it should be able to get all the nutrients from the regular food. It is an evidence that it is not healthy as it needs extra supplements. So instead of taking temporary solution better take proper homeopathic treatment to correct the equilibrium and get healthy naturally. Most of your complaints can be cured with homeopathic treatment. It will cost a lot lesser than your regular vitamin supplements.
