Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, there is no mention of what were the FBG and PP glucose levels when earlier treatment was on. Secondly nothing about current or earlier HbA1c%, shich gives a clearer idea about long term control of blood glucose. Ideally in a well controlled patient FBG should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP should be 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5% at your age or even lower. Your present FBG is definitely higher than what it should be. So there is a need too look at your weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. There is no information given on those aspects. Please understand in the treatment of diabetes diet, exercise and weight control play a very major role. I hope you understand this. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
