Hello im male, 25 about 167 cm tall and 70 kilo. Im facing regular numbness and tickling pain in my left arm from the armpit down to my hands and fingers when ever I walk for a while, to be specific its the same feeling when you put a rubber band around your fingers or wrist and the blood flow slows down. Exactly next to my armpit at the beginning of the bicep is a feeling like a knot or clump which I assume is the reason for the issue with the blood flow. I am concerned about the pain and numbness from the walking since it hinders me a lot to walk for a distance. And yes the problem is regular always when I walk for more then 15 minutes.
