What is the use of setu fish oil capsules? And is it better than cod liver oil capsules which is easily available in medical shop. Due to deficiencies of calcium and vitamin d, I started cod liver oil capsules (company proctor and gamble health ltd. Shall I use setu fish oil capsules instead of cod liver oil capsules? Please guide me so I can purchase.

Hi, Fish oil capsules are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which are essential fats. Fat is a medium for absorption of vitamin D as its fat soluble. All companies are equally competant.
