Hi I said that you have pain in such a young age. Well from your explanation and report of mri we can conclude that you are suffering from a minor disc bulge with pain radiating to your right leg. However we need a further examination. Well most of a young person who is having disc bulge and leg pain can we easily treated and pain can be decrease with physical therapy alone even some patient do not need any kind of medicine. I would like to suggest to consult nearby physical therapy clinic for further evaluation. If you do not have a physical therapy nearby you can consult me online when we can check you online and can guide you. Surgery is a last option and only if required if if patient is having severe disability, not able to walk and cannot tolerate pain. So by considering your complain right now it is not showing any necessity for surgery unless and until you try conservative management. If we do not have nearby physical therapy clinic can you can try following 1. Do not bend forward specially during first few hour of morning. Bending forward increases your disc bulge and pain. 2 do not sit on ground. Do not sit on a chair which is not having backrest. Set for a short period and have a break and do spine movement after 15 to 20 minutes of sitting. 3 put lumbar role that is folded towel just above your waistline while sitting so that your spine remains in proper position in maintained your back curv. 4 whenever you sleep sleep on your your stomach instead of your back. 5 and the most important thing is do mckenzie back extension exercises you can google it for further detail hope this will help you. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you need for the assistant kindly contact me online. Thanking you.
