I have black ulcers in my mouth from previous 7 month I showed to many doctors and they says it's because of deficiency of vitamin b12 and gave 5 injections and many tablets of folic acid and vitamins etc but the problem remain same. Now I have headache, body pain and throat pain also. I afraid that it is cancer or something big. What should I do please help me?

Dear Lybrate reader cancer is unlikely as your doctor told you that the problem is only vitamin deficiency. Please stop gabapentin if pain is tolerable. Take one sachet of ecobion daily in the evening for 15 days. You may consult me privately online.
