Hello. I am a bp patient suffering from hypertension from the past 5 years. I've been trying to lose weight for 6 months, but there hasn't been any major changes. My gym instructor thinks it can be because of my medicine for high blood pressure (cilacar-t 10 mg). Is it so?

Your BP and weight reduction. Your BP medicine is not the reason for your weight gain. Take more of vegetables and fruits and reduce fats.
