Complete blood count is used to measure the cell composition of your blood in order to help diagnose infection and identify drug reactions. Most people with hiv infection get special t-cell tests .however, the results of a cbc are needed to calculate t-cell counts. You may discuss your issue in more detail over a call or a video conferencing. Thanks.
