Normally the dose is either increased after 3-4 weeks if there is no relief. Or other adjuvants are added to that such as a low dose 2nd generation antipsychotic, a mood stabilizer, or the antidepressant is changed to some other antidepressant. Please ask your doctor who prescribed the medicine to do the necessary changes

Kindly get back to your psychiatrist and get the medications revised. Usually if there is no improvement in 4 weeks the medications are changed. Different people respond to different antidepressants, and usually in few reviews the right one is identified. Good luck.
