I have muscle related problem, where my back muscles shrink and expand often. I 'm observing this everyday. It's been a year now. Actually I didn't give proper movement to my back muscle for 6 to 8 months, due to minor slip disc on my back. So I kept moving and turning like a robot for 6 to 8 months. During this time initially I was taking ayurveda oil massage and some intake for muscles. Not sure which led to this muscle issue. Issue (back muscle shrink) is more often seen when I start feeling hungry. Shrink time can be from 30 mins to 1 and a half hour. Not able to sit on chair for long time when back muscle shrinks.

Neurogenic muscle atrophy tends to occur more suddenly than physiologic muscle atrophy. Treatment may involve: exercises and equipment to help with movement and breathing feeding tubes and diet advice braces or surgery to treat problems with the spine or joints.
