Dear lybrate-user, how your pain is started? Is it started suddenly because of any heavy weight lifting or trauma or after sleep or it started to increase gradually and became worst with time? Any ways back pain requires more examination to know exact cause and reasons I advise you to do the following 1. Posture correction: do not slouch while sitting and sit straight with tightening your back. As sitting slouch increases disc bulge more. 2. Do hot water fomentation three-time daily 15 min 3. Apply local ointment like volini 4. Rest: give rest to your back whenever you are in pain 5: most important is do mckenzie back extension exercise (google it) every two hourly try it for week if no improvement than consult your nearest physical therapist hope this will help you thank you.
