Hi I am aged 22, I hold 65 kgs weight and my height is 5 '1 as per bmi ,ideal weight should be around 52. So I tried many diets and also did fat diet where I avoided all carbs, fruits,only survived on water ,veg home made soups and ghee ,lemons datsit. Did for 3 days for two different weeks but I went on sick .becoz of not having anything lost some fat .but my routine is different ,i am from hyderabad since childhood I only eat rice as my food so without rice I couldn't get enough energy nor sleep. Currently after that two days of fat diet ,it is 7th day I continued my diet but in my way taking less rice followed by my routine and every morning cardio workouts .it is the 7th day where I couldn't see any changes, inspite putting on some to the reduced body. I'm having less intake only but i'm not getting where am I going wrong. Please suggest me with the diet plan.
