I am 26 years old I have been having constant burping stomach pain and gas got worse lump in throat that goes away when I constantly belch recently I have had I think numbness or sinus head pressure I found out I have high blood pressure hypertension my first reading was 155/92 second 143/93 I have problems now with a lot of light it hurts my eyes I tried to diagnosis my symptoms and it seems I have gerd and lpr with hypertension and also may have diabetes that runs in my family.
