My fasting sugar is 95, pp is 117 and hba1c is 6.3. Rest all reports are normal. Negative in urine. This is first time my hba1c is above 6, usually its between 5 and 5.4. I am only taking metosartan 50 tablet for bp. Which is again well under control 117/ 76 with medicine. Lipid profile, kft and lft are all good and well with in range. Should I need any medicine for the above case since hba1c is higher then before. Please give guidance and advice.
