Hi, I have been diagnosed with Acute Kidney Injury and undergoing treatment now with oral medication. My creatine level is 1.9 currently and last week it was 1.5.I was taking Sodium tablets from last 3 days for hyponatremia and suspecting that could be the reason for increase in creatine level. I have an appointment with doctor in next 3 days but really worries now. Please provide your expert opinion and seriousness of the issue. Is there any need of dialysis at this stage or till what creatine level dialysis is not required. I have Hypertension and diabetes from last 20 yrs. currently my BP is 140/80 and have taking medication for both BP and Sugar.
