Hi dear lemon water produces cold in body, so it is of use in summer season. It cleans blood. -u can use lemon -1/4 --1/2--1 piece + glass of fresh water in summer or cold water + salt to taste take it empty stomach early morning you can use it more than once, a day as per your choice. -in winter season-- make its restricted use, only in luke warm water. --too much use of lemon is not good for males, as it can make you sexually weaker. -do not heavy water -take only fresh clean, healthy water in any city -ganga jal--properly cleaned/ sterilzed-- may be the best water in world or even water from hills near bokaro city--is also very very healthy and rejuvenating - some use of lemon helps in avoiding stone formation but once hard stones are noticed after ultrascan reports, it can't dissolve them out

Dear lybrate-user, benign hypertrophy of prostate is a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland. In this clinical condition multiple nodules are formed inside the prostrate gland. These nodules often compress the urethra resulting in the narrowing of the lumen of urethra & producing a resistance to the urine flow. Resistance to urine flow requires the bladder to work harder during voiding, possibly leading to progressive enlargement, instability, or weakness of the urinary bladder the patient must follow the given medication as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic causticum 30 at early morning daily before brushing teeth 2) 5 drops of homoeopathic conium mac 30 before going to bath daily. 3) 5 drops of homoeopathic baryta carb 30 just one hour before dinner daily. 4) homoeopathic mother tincture sabal serrulata q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Along with the aforesaid medication few changes in the lifestyle of the patient are also necessary. Lifestyle alterations to address the symptoms include decreasing fluid intake before bedtime, moderating the consumption of alcohol and caffeine-containing products, and following a timed voiding schedule. Also it would be better if the patient could void the urine in sitting position.

Tips for removing kidney stones: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. 10. Take strict bed rest, plenty of oral liquid like glucose water, ORS and Lemon juice. Check whether you get fever. If no improvement you should see a Consulting Physician for clinical examination, further investigations, Repeat Platelet count, etc. Diagnosis and furthe management. Hospital admission may be very helpful to give adequate IV Saline and observation etc.

Watch your intake of liquids, and consult a nephrologist. Infection induced pancreatitis sometimes leads to infection in kidneys.

Yes, if your liver enzymes are not elevated and you have recurrent jaundice, then gilbert syndrome is a possibility. Relax, it is generally a harmless condition if not associated with other diseases. If you want to consult me, ask a private chat/call/video call through lybrate.
