Hello Sir, my age is 34 whenever I eat meal its starts dakars with tight stomach and I feel too much load on my chest area sometime I feel my heartbeat runs speedy and I feel chest pain and also feel pain behind my back shoulder in different places and now these days I feel my left foot is little bit sleepy every time and sometime my cheeks will tights under month, I checked this in different hospitals they will check my ECG and BP and its normal and all my blood tests are also normal but my conditions is still same please help me.
