5 year old boy had surgery for wrist bones fracture total 5 stitches, 2 jc wire rod inserted. Two stitches opened by itself due to infection though dressing done daily, later stitches removed, cefadroxil 250 mg prescribed continuing last 25 days. Skin got closed, muscle filled, only 1/2 inch in open, muscle also filled but everyday during dressing mild pus is there on covered bandage, is he having bone infection? If so, will it 100 percent curable. Pls help.
