I have some issues which is different from health. I am healthy person but I want to loose some weight. My weight is approx 85 kg so I want to loose 12-15 kg weight to look more thin and slim. Now also I not looks very much over weighted or fat, my belly, hips and thighs contains much fat, I need to reduce it. So this is my first query and my second query is, my face is so try and dull and it have much pimples and acnes and small holes also, I am very upset for this, sometimes I feel very tensed for it. I strictly want to get rid of this and make my face meat and clean with soft shiny glow.

Don't skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.
