Applying muscle relaxant is a temporary measure. Pain relief if at all will last a few hours only. It will not cure low back pain. Consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon, He will carefully examine and find out a reason and guide you towards the cure. X-rays of MRI may be needed. Back care, Oral and injectable medicines and local applications and L.S.Belt and sometimes physiotherapy will help.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
