It is better if all the values like fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c% are mentioned. That will give a clear idea about actual situation. To suggest a diet I need to know every single details in addition to above like weight, height, present dietary pattern extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and BP readings, plus current treatment with dosage.
