Whenever I walk or jog for a longer time, the pain starts in my shin. Last year I was exercising, once I was sitting on my knees and my whole body weight was on my knees, after that there is pain in my right knee. Its been a year and the pain still occurs sometime.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.
