For i'm 20 year old female my problem is vitamin a & vitamin e low I have medication.

Greetings if your vitamin levels are very low you have to take medicines as prescribed by your doctor. For dietary part include more of green and yellow vegetables in your diet like spinach, methi,pumpkin ,carrot etc. If you are non-veg take fish, egg. In fruits take apple apricot, banana.For vitamin E vegetable oils, nuts like almonds walnut peanut, seeds like sunflower seeds, green leafy vegetables and brocolli. Have proper diet at regular interval. All the best.
