Hello sir, I am 34 years (male). Past 1 year I lost my weight around 10 to 12 kgs and urinating 2 to 3 times more now. Feeling like I am having diabetes. Pls suggest me what type of tests I need to go for.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. To fine out whether there is diabetes present, you need to do fasting, after food glucose levels and HbA1c% plus lipid profile. Looking at your description it is a strong possibility that there is diabetes. If it is confirmed, then appropriate treatment should be initiated right away. Plus diet restriction and regular exercise also should be started. Thanks.
