Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Usually diabetes does not present very clear cut symptoms that is one of the reasons why almost 46 % of persons with diabetes are not able to recognise that they have diabetes. Most classical symptoms described are - Excess thirst, excess hunger, excess urination, unexplained loss of weight and tiredness. Overall a person feels he has lack of energy and is tiring early. For some people there might not be any symptoms initially. Therefore, it is important to get it checked (eg - blood sugar levels - Fasting / PP, HbA1c, urine routine etc ). Read more about it from the internet and follow the healthy habits consistently. Talk to the doctor and seek advice. Adapt healthy lifestyle and maintain an ideal weight.
