See eczema is the condition where you feel itching and dryness. Mainly you should take bathing in lukewarm water for at least 10-15 min. Not with cold water. And please use mild soap like dove, pears with balanced pH. And one more thing which is most important that you should dry your affected area after bathing untill it remain moist for some extent then apply moisturizer on it. And wear only cotton clothes not synthetic one. And in eating there is no food that cause eczema but certain food can flare up the condition. So you should avoid soy products fish, egg means high proteun diet. Eat aapples, yogurt cheeries and spinach.
