Sir I am Diabetic type 2, I am on Pioz Mfg2 twice a day & Janumet50/500 once, all have been asked to take after meals, but I have HBS 169 & above & RBS is 236. I heard PIOZ MFG2 has been banned. Then wht is the Alternate. I Find Janumet is very Expensive could you suggest me alternatives. Please Thank you in advance.

Pioz mfg2 is radially available in India. Your sugar levels are bit high. Januvia is costly drug, you can switch to Tenligliptin of same class which is cheap. As far as Pioz is concerned, you shd rather change it as your weight is high. So bmi. Drawback of Pioz is weight gain. Kindly get your HbA1C done. Feel free to discuss with me.
