Hello, My wife is 34 years old and she suffering with low haemoglobin. Now it's only 6.5. Every blood test was made and seen that its mainly happened for iron deficiency. Also there was problem in RBC part. Doctor prescribed iron medicine only. Is it a worried matter?

According to your Haemoglobin level your wife should get Blood Transfusions. Then Iron sucrose Injections. But Giving Iron Capsules is not recommended for severe iron deficiency anaemia.
