My body appearance is good. I am happy with my figure. It's just that I am having love handles around my waist. And my tummy is lil bulky too. I want to reduce that fat. I don't like to exercise or yoga. But I walk approx 6 to 8 kms everyday. I can dance but can't do crunches or sit ups. Please tell me if by only walking I can reduce my fat?
