I want to get slim but nothing is happening. I don't eat too much but nothing is getting any better .how can I decrease my fat percentage in my body. Shall I eat lesser?

To lose weight one has to get into the habit of physical exercise at least for 1 hour everyday. You have to eat food from right sources to build in maximum nourishment in the body. Metabolism has to be kept high by eating right. You should include food from sources like complex carbs, veges, fruits, nuts, cereals and pulses. Right portion size should be kept in mind.
