Hello, I am suffering from back pain from the last one year, I am 25 years old. I am doing computer work so I am always sitting because of back pain, I can't sleep. Please give me some remedies.

Hello, sitting and doing computer works for longer hours leads to excessive stress on the back muscles leading to back pain. You need to strengthen your core that is your abdominal muscles, back muscles. There must be spasm at your back muscles and to reduce it you can take Interferential current therapy. You also need to make changes in your chair and table heights, back supports. Better to visit a Physiotherapist for proper evaluation and treatment and ergonomic guidance.
