My daughter is 3 years old. She is under weight and height. Her weight is 11 kg only. And her height also below 3rd percentile. How can I increase her weight.

Hi You need to focus more on nutrition. Give home made meals rich in protein and healthy fats. Sample plan Morning- Milk Breakfast- Ragi porridge Snack- carrot milk shake Lunch - Dal Rice, veggies, curd Snack- Egg, orange Dinner- Mutton soup Roti and Dal Avoid forced feeding. Encourage the child to eat on her own. Encourage her to play well. If you have not dewormed her, deworm now.
