I am doing body building from last 1 year without any supplements. My friends are suggesting to have whey protein in my diet for better results. Is it safe to have whey protein? Is there any bad effect of whey protein in long run?

For gaining the muscles you should include milk and milk product, soy and its product, all beans and pulses in your diet and no need to take any kind of whey protein supplements. You can take home made whey protein if you want to take whey protein.
