Dear Sir/ Mam I am 47 year old female recently working at LIC as officer there my weight now 40 kg and from few days many people had told me that I am losing my weight and looking very dull due to it. I usually awake at 4 Am in morning and sleeps at 11 pm night daily walk around 5 miles a day towards getting to the office and in return plus I have clim stairs to the office few times of the office building which is at 3rd floor. Is that affecting my my weight all this activities? Dear Sir/Mam Please help in out in increase my weight whether I should go for any medicine or any other diet please regarding this.

Dear Lybrate user Thank you for contacting. Your weight is perfect for your height. Your activity is more than what people do in recent years. If you eat enough protein as dhal or sundal or whole pluses you will feel much better. You can take milk and curd also. Else you are doing good.
