Suggest me what should I do lose my weight. I am 23 years old and my height is 5'4"(inches) and ryt now my weight is 60 kgs. I put off my weight. I am job doing and my work is 9 hrs sitting I couldn't workout alot. Only walk 2 kms daily no exercise I do. So suggest me how to put off my weight and get slim.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Use smaller plates to eat i.e. Have smaller meals. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise at least 5 times a week. We are here to guide you.
