Dear User First I understand your very acute concerns and priority to gain weight. Assuming you are not suffering from any infectious or debilitating diseases means the most probably you need to put you on correct and nutritious diet. I believe your place is very famous for Asli Ghee So please please please eat around 50 grams of Asli ghee spread over 2-3 then 4-5 big king size Jumbo roti rolled and quick to eat to enjoy. Then on daily basis eat 75 grams of Ground Nuts again very easily available This is over and above your daily food you take. Ensure your diet consists more of legumes and pulses like Brown or Kabuli chana ,Tur dal ,Moong dal, Masur Dal, etc. This is considering you in veg diet. If you non veg than you can also have plenty of Boiled eggs and chicken and fish also. You can also eat 50 grams of Almond or pista or cashew or walnuts. With above diet I hope you gain weight.
