Since you work is mostly a desk work, I would suggest you to do the following in order to maintain a good health: 1. Try to do yoga or go for a walk atleast for 15 mins early morning 2. Instead of using elevators, try to climb the stairs once in a day 3. Keep yourself hydrated 4. Eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables 5. Instead of having big meals, have small portion of meals every 3-4 hours 6. Cut down of sugary and fatty foods 7. Have a good sufficient sleep For weight loss.
