Hello user, it's take complete details and information to cure successfully any case take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Hello User, Premature ejaculation is most often caused by anxiety and too much stimulation. It may leave the couple feeling unsatisfied. Practice and relaxation should help you deal with the problem. Some men try to distract themselves by thinking nonsexual thoughts to avoid getting excited too fast. Two methods that could be helpful for men: 1.The start-and-stop method - aims to improve a man's control over ejaculation. It means stopping sexual stimulation (by himself or his partner) at the point he feels he is about to have an orgasm, and resuming once the sensation of impending orgasm has subsided. 2.The squeeze method - similar to above but the man gently squeezes the end of his penis - or his partner does this for him - for the duration of the 30-second pause before restarting stimulation. DIET - take 2 glasses of milk morning and evening, add 1 tsp ghee in milk and drink it, 8-10 cashews or almonds, avoid oily and spicy food ,think positive. It is essential to practice, and if there is a persistent problem with PE, it may be worth talking to a good Ayurveda doctor. Contact us for Ayurvedic medicines.

Hello User, This is happening due to increased conversion of testosterone to DHT. Thus, hair become weak from their roots (follicles) and acclerate hair fall. The good news is that this is easily treatable with ayurvedic treatment. These treatment block conversion of testosterone to DHT. Hello User, Sedentary lifestyle not only leads to obesity but also leads to many other health complications in a long run. Since you work is mostly a desk work, I would suggest you to do the following in order to maintain a good health: 1. Try to do yoga or go for a walk atleast for 15 mins early morning 2. Instead of using elevators, try to climb the stairs once in a day 3. Keep yourself hydrated 4. Eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables 5. Instead of having big meals, have small portion of meals every 3-4 hours 6. Cut down of sugary and fatty foods 7. Have a good sufficient sleep For weight loss.

Dr. I have a habit of masturbation since puberty time when I was at the age of 13 yrs. Now I'm 21 yrs, but I am not capable to stop this addiction. Before, I was engaged in it regregularly. But still I have try to control. I took an antidepressant (fluvoxamine) for it. It.but didn't get any benefit. So, can I stop this habit with yoga regularly? Antidepressant have many dangerous side effect but it have not.

Masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Frankly speaking, there is no basic difference between masturbation and sexual intercourse. In both the cases orgasm occurs at the point of ejaculation of sperm due to continuous mechanical stimulation of the shaft of penis by rubbing. Now you may wonder why there is so much taboo about masturbation. Let’s take a inner view of the post-ejaculatory state of human body Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in metabolism & muscle growth. Daily Masturbation leads to a chronic decrease in the TESTOSTERONE production as a result of which the metabolism process of body becomes slow. This internal slow metabolism is externally manifested as muscle loss, weakness, fatigue etc. So, it is evident why masturbating too much is prohibited. It is often seen that if a person grows a habit of daily masturbation from young age his blood TESTOSTERONE level becomes quite low than other people. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in the development of body as well as sperm production. In fact because of this TESTOSTERONE hormone the male sexual characters grow in a human body. Low TESTOSTERONE may also lead to complete absence of the morning erection which is often experienced on waking up from sleep in morning. Hello User, Hair loss some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food, stress less night sleep so take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Joint Pain - How Ayurvedic Remedies Are Best For Managing It?

Joints are intersections between bones; they provide support to your body during movement. There are a host of conditions which might lead to joint pain; they are bursitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gout. The most common joint pain disorders are knee pain, hip pain and shoulder pain

Ayurveda associates joint pain with loss of bone density in the joints. This problem is characterized by a feeling of discomfort and cracking sounds. If the condition is not treated, it might lead to immobilization of the joint. The condition of the bones tends to deteriorate as they do not receive enough nutrition. 

The other cause that leads to joint pain is toxin accumulation in the joints. As the toxin accumulates, it leads to heavy and stiff joints. If preventive measures are not taken on time, continuous accumulation of toxins may lead to swollen joints. 

The various Ayurvedic remedies for joint pain are:

  1. DietFocus on eating foods especially that are salty, sour and sweet in taste. Add healthy foods such as rye and quinoa along with ghee as they pacify the "vata" in your body. Focus on natural foods such as vegetables and fruits to your diet.
  2. Herbs: Certain herbs such as turmeric help to treat joint pain. It contains curcumin that has anti-inflammatory properties which help in reducing the pain. You may also consume fenugreek seeds for its antioxidant content and anti-inflammatory properties. 
  3. Lifestyle Changes: Make sure you exercise on a daily basis, do basic bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and squats to improve your strength. You may also start with yoga workouts to build flexibility and mobility in your body.
  4. Smoking and Alcohol: Limit smoking and alcohol consumption to keep your body healthy, and free from free radical damage. Alcohol may also cause you to put on weight, thus leading to obesity. Smoking may cause various problems in the lungs that may lead to breathing disorders.
